The works were completed to a very high standard
I owned and ran a building/civil engineering company in the UK for thirty six years I have owned a villa in Coveta Fuma Alicante since 1978. In 2014 I decided to remodel and refurbish the villa. A friend recommended Eurobuild. I met with the owner Marius and discussed the works that I wanted to carry out. Marius and his manager speak very good English so it made it easy to discuss the works as they proceeded. The tradesmen were helpful, conscientious and always punctual arriving at the villa just before 8.00 am working non stop through the day until they left site at 6.00 pm. The villa was always cleaned and tidied before they left after each days work. The works were completed to a very high standard and I would highly recommend this company if you are contemplating any building works. They are a very professional organisation and very knowledgeable in all aspects of building works, permits, and legal requirements.
They worked quickly and neatly
In 2017 Marius helped us out to redesign the garden and to build a swimming pool in it. He added valuable advice about the technical details and, together with his executor Max, realised it in a way we are very happy with. They worked quickly and neatly and were ready on time and within the budget. We are satisfied with everything and can certainly recommend this company.

Professional and fast
EdenPool built a new swimming pool for us, including several tiled terraces. Furthermore they extended the house with an extra room and hall extension. We were impressed with the work ethics of the people in EdenPool. The offer stage manged by Marius was professional and fast, they started the work earlier than plan and finished well in time. The foreman Max is really exceptional in service and craftsmanship. The crew works from 8 till 6 every day, takes a short break in the afternoon on the workplace. We are very happy with the work and recommend EdenPool to anyone!

They did a very good job
We hired Marius for a complete renovation of our backyard. It was a hell of a job because all the old concrete had to be removed. Also the summertime, with its high temperatures, made the labour hard. They did a very good job. Communication with Marius was quick and short, so no errors are made. If we should have any other renovation or build activities we would contact him immediately again,

Experienced builder, with more than 18 years working on Spanish market.
As a formed based designer and photographer, he has brought, into the construction business, the perfection into details and the perfect proportions for the final work.
Perfectionist, always careful with the clients needs, Marius oversees the work of subcontractors and other construction workers, to ensure work is correct, timely and on budget.
He also coordinate worker’s schedules ensuring each person completes their work in the correct order for the project to progress efficiently. They enforce safety rules and make sure all workers have the right tools, equipment and materials to get the job done correctly.
Marius speaks perfect English and Spanish and often interface with trade professionals, such as stonemasons and carpenters, and regulatory officials such as government workers and lawyers. They obtain the necessary permits and required variances and manage the details for several projects at once.
