Swimming Pool redesign – From Kidney shape to L shape

A client who recently purchased a property in Sierra Cortina, Finestrat, Alicante, a top-class area of Benidorm, has requested us to repair the pool, which was tilted and losing water. The property is located in an area with a 6-7m (18-20 feet) level difference between the property and the neighbour at the bottom. The ground in that area was not properly infilled when the house was built, over time, the ground has been dropping gradually. To fix the issue, the solution is to remove the existing pool, dig down to the firm soil, infill with gravel, and then build a new pool. After the guniting process, the client chose the superb Rayleigh scattering-effect swimming pool tiles.

“To give our terrace a modern touch, we have replaced the old white edging with flat tile edging for the pool. This has made the terrace appear even bigger and more spacious. The new edging provides a clean finish to the terrace.”

At the seaside, we have replaced the cypress trees with a concrete balustrade. Besides providing security, the balustrade also gives a classic and posh look.
